Short description of innovation:

Investigation of the quantum dynamics of a laser pumped two-level system possessing permanent dipoles. Once figured out, a proper theoretical model will be used for computation. Methods of reducing the rapid oscillating Hamiltonian terms will be adapted in order to obtain a solvable Master Equation of the quantum system. Depending on the formalism of analytical expressions, certain programming languages will be employed to compute the spectra of the researched model. The formal programming package as Wolfram Mathematica is suitable for the proposed high precision algorithms.
